Waning Crescent Moon Foot Bath

Are you feeling introspective and introverted? Maybe even a little low on energy?

That's perfectly normal as the lunar cycle winds down to a close. The Waning Crescent Moon phase is an introspective time to surrender to the Universe and release what no longer serves you with grace.

This foot bath is exactly what you need to ground your energy and rejuvenate in preparation for the next lunar cycle. The ingredients below are known for absorbing stale and negative energy, leaving you light and fresh for the next New Moon.

What You Need

  • Half cup magnesium chloride flakes
  • Half cup sea salt
  • A handful of white sage
  • A handful of rosemary
  • Black obsidian stones
  • Hematite stones
  • 10 drops of sage essential oil

First, sage your space and cleanse your stones.

Next, charge your stones with your intention of releasing unwanted energy and surrendering to the Universe.

Fill the tub with water that is the ideal temperature for you. Add the magnesium chloride flakes, sea salt, herbs, essential oil and stones to the bottom before you soak your feet.

Concentrate on your breath, breathing in white light, and breathing out negative energy. Visualise stagnant and negative energy leaving through the soles of your feet to be absorbed into the Earth.

Soak for 10 minutes or more. And perform this ritual for three consecutive days.
