Third Eye Don’t Lie tea recipe to unlock your intuition

What You Need

• 2 tsp of mugwort
• 1 tsp of dried lavender buds
• 1 tsp of eyebright powder
• A pinch of honey (manuka is preferred)

Mix the lavender and mugwort in a small bowl. Steep in around 2 cups of hot water for 1-2 minutes. Next, stir in the eyebright powder and honey.

Enjoy your cup of tea with your eyes closed, and imagine opening your third eye, located between your brows.
