Metamorphosis has always been the greatest symbol of change for poets and artists. Imagine that you could be a caterpillar one moment and a butterfly the next.– Louie Schwartzberg
Once Upon A Time
there was a stunning butterfly-winged princess named Psykhe. Her irresistible beauty made even the most devout men forget their prayers to get a glimpse of her walking down the street. While she made the hearts of many flutter, she also stirred jealously in just as many, including the Goddess Aphrodite.
One day, Aphrodite ordered her son, the god of love, Eros, to make Psykhe fall in love with the ugliest man he could find. Aphrodite’s plan backfired when Eros could not resist Psykhe’s beauty. After many ups and downs, the couple was finally married in front of all the gods.
